Made with a mix of selected flours and with a high level of hydration, this base is left to rise for 48-72 hours, obtaining a dough full of bubbles, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE IT?
The product is shipped pre-cooked, fresh in bags of 2 pieces.
HOW TO STORE IT?
After delivery the customer can keep it in the fridge (2-4°)for 14 days.
If the customer wants to keep the product for longer, he can decide to freeze (-18°) it as soon as he receives it for 90 days.
HOW TO PREPARE IT?
